Money - Expense/Income categories are: energy, labor, taxes, logistics, administration, … These are predefined in the application. You just select amount the money and assign it to the Activity.“
? “We recommend firefox >= Quantum 65.” Which other browsers are tested?
? Could change from “You can either do so using the demo account (only for testing) or create your own solid account.” to “You have to create your own account. Or you can try pre-prepared demo account (only for testing and familiarization with the tool).”
? For whole training module. Specific todo steps of the guide could be highlighted in order to distinguish from other links and/with extra explanation. E.g. “https://ld.solidbase.info” is not certainly clear if it is needed to click on it until it is clicked. Yes, it is detail but not only one. E.g. opposite, at previous page, there is link to Solid but very probably not useful (for target group A) in order to use the application.
? For whole training module. Could we distinguish links which should open new tab and which not? E.g… “https://ld.solidbase.info” could be opened in separated window.
? Could we correct picture below “The following pop-up window opens” in order to highlight “ld.solidbase.info” option instead of “Solid Community” and change “click on the blue button with “Solid Community”” to “click on the blue button with “ld.solidbase.info””?
? If Log-in window is opened (it is separated window) but it is at the background, it is not re-evoked by clicking of Log-in button again. Window is available at the taskbar but for not experienced/newbe user can be mess where is it. Could be re-evoked to front after click on Log-in button?
? It is written “It is a fully functional server, but there are no security or stability guarantees.”. And what does it mean “there are no security or stability guarantees”?
? Could change from “Please chose the solid server where you created an account.” to “You should choose the solid server where you created an account.”
? “click on the blue button with “Solid Community”” Let say I click wrong option. Could we add "If you click other server where you do not have any account, just close this pop-up window and click “Log in” button again.

? What is this in the guide “If you have chosen a server different to ld.solidbase.info, you will be asked to grant authorization to the solidbase app. Click “Authorize” in the following dialogue”? I’m not able to evoke this dialog (using other “identity provider” option) and no way.

? There is no “Make available as example to all other users” option in the “Edit meta data of Budget” window. Is it removed forever?
? What does “use decimals for amounts” option do in the “Edit meta data of Budget” window? Could be added description? I see decimal regardless the setting.
? Typo “by clicken “Edite budget””.
? Could be changed from “Enter the name of your CSA and click on Save:” to “After change click “Save” button.”
? Why there is not available my option (KPZ xyz) in “Set associated activity to:” combobox at “Add activity” window? Only “CSA” option (which was predefined option during budget creation but I changed).
? Could change from “click on the green link to go to this activity” to “click on the green link to go to this subactivity”? Are here only two levels: 1 main activity and budget specific various number of subactivities? Or what is the max. number of activity levels in the tree?
? What does it mean “Now we want to add expenses to this activity.”? Is it ment subativity “Ackerbau”?
? Why “Edit activity” changes confirmation (in pop-up settings window) by “Save” button changes Chart visualization to this subactivity? I want to just edit and bring back to previous page.
? Could be “Select the activity on which you want to create this expenses” moved? Mentioned selection is done after click to “Add expense” by “Set association activity to:” combobox even if recent activity selection is used as default value for this combobox. Could be “Select the activity on which you want to create this expenses in the “Set associated activity to:”” mentioned below picture?
? Could “On the detailed view you can see your newly created expense and edit it if required.” be moved below the picture?
? Colours of the charts seems to be randomly changing? If so, could it be somehow fixed?

?! “CSA” link below pie chart doesn’t work. How to get into main chart/visualization? I created more activities but can not see them. Where could be the problem?

Warkaround: use another browser. Not appriciated by common user. No data should be lost when changing browser.

? After Log-in, what is the status of the application? Is it not initialized state (so New Budget is mandatory) or it starts with some default/empty budget which can be changed/arranged (also using “Edit budget” button)?
? “Save” button in “Save Budget” doesn’t close the window. Is it at intention? Could be window closed after saving?
?! I saved my budget with name “budget-KPZ_Cooland.ttl” but it is not available when I want to “Load” it. What I do wrong?
? After click to link “Saved at: https://leos.ld.solidbase.info/public/solidbase/budget-KPZ_Cooland.ttl” double clockwise rotating arrow occurs in the middle of the screen. Nothing more happens. What this link should do?
? What “Delete” does? What is deleted? I see all set activities are still available after “Delete”.
? “New Budget” creation doesn’t propagate name of the CSA, e.g. “KPZ Cooland” to the name depicted below the graph. Seems name of CSA is not updated. Could be name of the main activity the same as name of the budget?
?! I prepare my budget then click to “Home”. It moves to https://app.solidbase.info/ . Then after back in “Chart” everything is lost. Application should remember settings and/or prompt with aking for saving before leaving the application. Could be solved?
?! “Edit Budget” – Change to “Private” ends up in infinite cycle of clockwise arrows. What could be a problem? Could be solved?
? Recommendation for organization of main menu:
After Log-in direct redirection to „Chart“ with menu order:
“Budget - New” – Creation of new budget plan
“Budget - Load” – Take other/saved budget plan (for now only demo examples available)
“Budget - Edit” – Actualize/Change information about budget - (but what can be changed? Is it related to actual edited budget?)
“Budget - Save” – Save budged planning (very useful/mandatory)
“Budget - Delete” – Deletes actual budget palnning (should not be so easy to perform)
Other conditioned actions should be available/active only when it is possible to use them. Seems this condition is fullfilled as everything can be done anytime, right?
“Activity - Add” – Adds new activity of your CSA . Expenses will be done later.
“Money - Add Expense” – Adds expense to your defined Activity or to CSA in general (Is it so?)
“Money - Add Income” – Adds expense to your defined Activity or to CSA in general (Is it so?)
do not use “Edit activity” and join these setting with “Budget – Edit”
